 JOB PURPOSE
The Guest Services Representative is a strategic thinker, a thoughtful professional who will service as the “voice of the guest” in our multi-channel contact center environment, assisting customers with product information and successful purchases. The Guest Services Representative reports directly to the Guest Services Supervisors and/or Guest Services Manager.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•             Provide telephone, email and live chat support for boutique and lifestyle websites
•             Help place new orders and research existing order inquires
•             Research billing and payment issues, and maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
•             Provide technical assistance with website and self-service order placement issues
•             Communicate and facilitate policies and process for returns, exchanges, warranty claims, order shortages and cancellations for multiple fashion and lifestyle brands
•             Use suggestive selling techniques to increase revenue and reconvert cancelled orders
•             Resolve guest inquiries by clarifying the issue or complaint, determining cause, selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure a first-touch resolution
•             Identify and report live-site issues through daily customer interactions and provide feedback on site improvements (e.g. website, FAQ, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
•             Customer service experience in high-end retail apparel
•             Fluency with various web browsers and navigating multiple website simultaneously and quickly
•             Fluent in English
•             Strong knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
•             Previous experience providing service via ACD systems, ERM and live chat systems

•             Experience in an eCommerce environment
