  • Instrument Service Contract Amdocs Data Clean-up
  • Instrument Service Contract Renewals
  • Instrument Entitlement Maintenance
  • Instrument Service Billing
  • Tech Replacements Orders
  • Internal Orders
  • Email Queue Handling and Maintenance
 Required:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Computer profiency ( MS Office -- AmDocs, SAP, and  SFDC a plus)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and to carry our assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • High school diploma or GED required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
