Responsibilities:
● Maintain our great office culture by being the go to person for all day to day
employee office needs
● Create a great first impression by greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors/guests
and notifying company employees of their arrival
● Ensure the office is a secure, healthy and happy place to work
● Receive and sort messages, mail, packages and deliveries
● Conduct multiple daily walkthroughs of space to ensure proper appearance of the
office
● Oversee the tidiness of the office space, including ensuring the kitchen areas are
clean and well stocked with snacks and beverages
● Assist with catering and meeting set up / break down requirements
● Maintain kitchen appliances and troubleshoot issues
● Calendar management, be aware of conference room scheduling needs, master the
equipment and help run meetings
● Support office management duties when OM is out of the office
● Set up new hire desk space
● Conduct first day office orientation with new hire
● Coordinate; Office Happy Hours, Office Breakfasts, Birthday Celebrations – help come
up with new fun office ideas.
● Coordinate Summer Picnic and Holiday Party
