Our client is a leading provider of patient recruitment solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Their proprietary software and databases, in conjunction with their recruitment process expertise, allow pharmaceutical companies to identify qualified patients for clinical studies, and track them in the detail required to maximize enrollment.  

Summary:
The Site Enrollment Associate is a phone based inside customer service/sales support position, and their work will support the successful enrollment of clinical research trials, by effectively communicating the value of the enrollment campaign to clinical research sites. 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supports the Project Managers to achieve client expectations and the attainment of monthly revenue targets for assigned projects.
  • Assists in the refinement and improvement of the process of moving patients from the first contact to enrollment.  Creates and implements solutions to increase yields of patient recruitment campaigns.
  • Working individually and through supervision of call center teams, establishes, cultivates and maintains relationships with key Site personnel including Research Study Coordinators who perform the clinical trials. 
  • Spends a significant amount of time on the phone with Research Site personnel to ensure the company is getting accurate information about each of the patients it has referred. Coordinates activities with the call center agents to assist in achieving this job function.
  • Interacts regularly with various members of our organization to accomplish assigned tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • BS or BA degree preferred.  Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a service/sales positions involving operations, process management, or customer servicing and service and/or product sales in a fast-paced environment
  • Subject matter experience in pharmaceutical or health care industries preferred, but not required
  • Intermediate skill level with MS Excel and MS Word required.  Experience with work-flow software
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with strong follow through skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a group performing the same or similar tasks to achieve a specific goal and/or project deliverable
  • Demonstrated and superior client management and customer service/sales skills
  • Experience in environments where key adherence to process has enabled tasks to be successfully accomplished productively with high quality and efficiency.
  • Ability to manage several assignments and a large volume of tasks to completion simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to work individually or within a team with minimal direction and to support multiple, internal clients
  • Excellent relationship building skills, over the phone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Will be required to draft emails and other communications that offer performance improvement recommendations. Must also possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a rapid growth and ever-changing environment, which comes with increased demands, but also increased rewards.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
