Job Description:
 
   As the warehouse supervisor you will be responsible for a 2500 sq. ft. warehouse hub & partial store front. The qualified candidate will lead a two-member team and must have experience in the following items and leadership skills.
 
  • Pick, Pack, Ship, Kit, Will Call, and programs customer orders that are available from the Warehouse Management System by use of RF guns, personal computers, and other equipment.
  • Demonstrates ownership and responsibility for daily processing of business goals.
  • Receive, Stock, and maintain daily inventory in the warehouse and store front.
  • Uses PC workstation to verify products and boxes used are correct and creates packing slips, carton shipping labels and places with orders
  • After shipment of customer order will pack, seal box and ensure the package is placed on the correct parcel carrier pallet.
  • Maintains a professional, helpful attitude in dealings with co-workers, managers and their departmental personnel always.
  • Perform daily cycle counts and customer physical inventories
  • Complies with all company safety, security and OSHA requirements.
  • Maintains clean, organized work environment
  • Operates pallet jacks to move products
 
Additional requirements:
 
         Performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms. The associate is primarily required to stand, walk, bend/stoop, or kneel.  The associate must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
 
Education and Experience
 
  • Three (3) years of leadership/supervisory experience.
  • Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, within prescribed guidelines, or as a team member.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed directions in a warehouse environment.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
