Our client, a next-generation logistics startup, is seeking motivated individuals to join their recently expanded location in Roswell, GA. The Recruiting and Onboarding Associate will help our team to recruit and onboard driver partners, by executing strategic recruiting campaigns and onboarding events across the country. As an integral part of our team, you will need to be able to do a little bit of everything and do it well, including:
●     Communicate with large groups of applicants and drivers, in a way that consistently meets their needs and those of the company through polished communications that represent our driver-focused company culture.
●     Coordinate nation-wide digital and field recruiting through online postings, live events and candidate follow-up.
●     Assist in timely, efficient and professional onboarding of driver partners through virtual and in-person interactions.

Job Responsibilities:
●     Recruiting Driver Partners: Post to job boards, participate in recruitment events and orientations. Be able to learn our tracking practices and report on those metrics.
●     Community engagement: Work with high volumes of candidates throughout our interview process, including phone calls, emails, reviewing video applications and in-person orientations.
●     Report on basic engagement metrics and results through CRM systems.
●     Local area travel to events, potentially available for weekend or evening events. Potential to travel nationally during heavy recruitment periods.
●     Learn new systems and understand data to report on basic metrics of success.

Qualifications and Experience:
●     Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of sales, customer service, marketing experience (or related).
●     Have a friendly, outgoing and engaging personality; people love being around you.
●     Communicate effectively, clearly, kindly and confidently on the phone, in person and via email.
●     Have a consistent work ethic that strives for quality work and an enthusiasm for any task. Be eager to contribute to all Community initiatives.
●     Ability to prioritize tasks.
●     Strong proficiency with MS Office and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
●     Willing to get dirty and be in the trenches when needed (after all, this is the start-up life and you have to be ready for a challenge!).
●     Experience with sales or account management a plus.
