$19/hr.-$21/hr.
Start Date: ASAP
6 months with possibility to extend or convert
Mon – Sat 
Weekend work is required the first 3-4 months
 
Logistics Associate I: Are responsible for performing functions that indirectly support the shipment and receipt of product.  These functions do not typically require the use of an RF device to complete and include:
 
  • Box making
  • Order induction
  • Void fill and packing
  • Kitting, re-boxing, postponement, and labeling
  • LTL sorting
  • Manual loading/unloading (without powered equipment)
  • General maintenance, cleanliness and trash removal using (pallet jack or sit-down)
  • Repack picking
  • Repack stocking/replenishment
  • Shipping – small parcel
  • Loading and unloading of product (using pallet jack or sit-down forklift)
  • General maintenance (non-technicians, maintenance of powered equipment and battery changes)
  • Some functions may require the use of a pallet jack and/or sit-down forklift
Preferred or Desired: Qualifications that are advantageous to have to do the role successfully over time, but can be trained.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in following routine written or oral instructions.
  • Proficiency with related tools & Equipment
  • Demonstrates the ability to verbally communicate in an effective manner
  • May be required to maintain work and equipment record/documentation via electronic medium.
  • Knowledge of and proficient in applying basic problem solving, planning and work prioritization. 

Required:
  • Prior Shipping/Receiving experience
  • Forklift experience
  • WMS experience
  • Proficiency with related tools & Equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized and have attention to details
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues with other departments
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
