Overview-The Sales Operations Manager position is an integral part of the inside sales and client retention teams for the supplier side of our procurement software business.  They will help the team to run effectively, efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives as the resident sales technology expert. They will manage and improve our current Salesforce.com, InsideSales.com Dialer, Drift Chat, and Shopify e-Commerce solutions recommending and implementing improvements in all areas of the tool.
 
Day to Day to Activities-
  • You will be responsible for collecting and evaluating sales information, reporting up to various sales and company leaders, and using that information to provide input on sales productivity and processes/programs.
  • You will utilize Salesforce.com as a sales management productivity tool, and champion its use with the Sales management and team members.  You will manage and improve our current Salesforce.com, InsideSales.com Dialer, Drift Chat, and Shopify e-Commerce solutions recommending and implementing improvements in all areas of the tool.
  • You are able to enhance inside sales team productivity through the management of CRM data, enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes, evaluating new tools/apps/call and dialer systems, and providing easy access to information and resources needed to manage and close sales.
  • You will provide timely and accurate business forecasts and results reporting to sales and executive management, lead analysis on performance of various sales programs
  • You will track and analyze a plethora of performance metrics
 
Experience-
  • You possess a Bachelors in an (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Economics, or related field) and comparable work experience
  • You have 4+ years of work experience in Sales Operations, Sales Technology, Sales Analytics, or Sales Finance preferably in an inside sale, call center, or high growth organization
  • You have expertise in all phases of the sales cycle along with a deep understanding of inside sales call center management issues. (Previous call center experience is a plus!)
  • You have 2+ years’ experience in working with Salesforce.com, including reporting, analytics, application integration, and call/dialer system integration
  • You are strong in MS Excel reporting results in Salesforce, other CRM applications,
  • You possess outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
