Responsible for managing all aspects of international inbound/outbound shipping transactions to include day to day transportation planning/consolidation, load tender, documentation, execution, customer support and follow up.

Day to Day Activities of the International Export Planner include but are not limited to:
  1. You will be in charge of global inbound and outbound shipping dealings to include day to day transference preparation, load tender, certification, implementation, service and follow through
  2. You will establish and maintain shipping compliance programs.
  3. You will to create export documentation to include: Letters of Instructions, Invoices, Bill of landing, NAFTA Certificate, Certificate of Origin, AES Filing, any and all legalized documentation as required for proper export.
  4. You are experienced reviewing customer’s Purchase Orders, EAR, ITAR license and its amendments to accurately issue the export documents
  5. You are comfortable working with logistics team to ensure the appropriate packaging of orders to meet precise shipping deadlines
  6. You have coordinated requirements specific to the country of export to ensure all regulations
  7. You have contracted and dealt with freight to couriers to move freight per purchase order
  1. You possess over 3 years direct experience in an OEM, Shipping, transport setting.
  2. You have excellent software experience to include TMS and ERP applications.
  3. You bring to our team robust data of Incoterms, harmonized tariff codes, import and export guidelines
  4. You have experience setting up and coordinating transportation based on the terms of sales.
  5. You have EAR and ITAR experience and a Hazmat Certification
  6. Comfortable working daily with and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, ERP’s.
