Job Description 
  • Post Payment Support is a multi-incumbent role where each position with this job title will primarily focus on outbound provider call, inbound triage of calls and post-payment audit processing expertise:
  • Level 2: Assignment of outbound calls for provider reporting based on monthly mailings.
  • Participation as a Team on daily inbound call management, scheduling and escalation.
  • Monitor designated status codes in accordance with policies and procedures as assigned and resolve issues to ensure timely audit completion.
  • Document and correct inaccurate provider address or contact information.
  • Perform quality assurance checks.
  • Responsible for the coordination of the provider medical record request process when applicable to ensure that all requests are being generated and processed in a timely manner.
  • This position is also responsible for following up and obtaining outstanding medical records from providers and ensuring that the provider information is accurate. Responsible for the organization and documentation of policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in office or clerical position
  • Minimum 2 year phone customer service experience
  • Ability to use software, hardware, and peripherals related to job responsibilities, including MS Office
  • Ability to multi task
  • Healthcare knowledge a plus
