Job Brief:

The Front Desk/Receptionist is the first point of contact for our organization. It is imperative the right individual has the ability to maintain the utmost professionalism, at all times. The ideal candidate will be a poised individual with a very positive, motivated and upbeat attitude, to keep up with the fast paced office environment. Microsoft Office knowledge is required in order to perform day-to-day office responsibilities. This assignment will be as assigned based on the need at the time from our client. These assignments will normally be anywhere from a few days to a few weeks based on the need. 

  • Answer, screen and route phone calls appropriately
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews and/or similar job functions
  • Front Desk area maintenance, ensuring lobby is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail; handles outgoing mail/shipments
  • Create and/or maintain various reports/presentations using MS Excel or PowerPoint
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned to support the employee population with general administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • 2+ years office experience in a corporate environment
  • College degree: AA or BS is preferred
