Job Description
As a Helpdesk (Desktop Support) Technician, you will be the lynchpin in our company's technology, software and systems operations, helping our company and our employees be as productive, equipped, secure, and technologically savvy as possible. As our first dedicated Technology employee, you will have the opportunity to lay a foundation for our growth, implementing networking, security, hardware and software practices that will enable our employees and our company to succeed.
  • Provide helpdesk and IT support for a rapidly growing company
  • Own network security, including vendor management, security administration, installation and maintenance of security software
  • Build and manage onboard and offboard processes from a technology standpoint
  • Administer and train on company-wide software, including Google Apps, MS Office, Asana, Slack, Confluence
  • Work with vendors to negotiate contracts and make sure our network is running smoothly
  • Support and maintain telephony, TVs, iPads
Skills Desired
  • Mac system support and troubleshooting experience— experience with Windows also helpful
  • A customer service focus — someone who wants to help solve other people's problems!
  • Background in managing cloud applications in a single sign-on environment
  • Experience in network security
  • Software training and administration a plus
  • Comfort with fast-paced, unpredictable environment
