Pay Rate: $17/hr.
Schedule:M-F 8-5 Must be able to work overtime
2 - 3 month Assignment with the possibility of extension

Leading global manufacturer and supplier of high-quality application specific standard products within the broad discrete, logic, and analog semiconductor markets. The company serves the consumer electronics, computing, communications, industrial, and automotive markets.  Their products include rectifiers, transistors, diodes,OSFETs, protection devices, functional specific arrays, single gate logic, amplifiers and comparators, Hall-effect and temperature sensors; power management devices, including LED drivers, DC-DC switching and linear voltage regulators, and voltage references along with special function devices, such as USB power switches, load switches, voltage supervisors, and motor controllers. 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
·        Primary contact for customer related issues (change order, expedite, push out/cancellations, etc.)
·        Primary contact for customer inquiries (price quotation, L/T, stock check, product information, sample request)
·        Process orders both manual and EDI (Electronic Data Exchange), RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization), credit/debit, stock rotation & ship & debit entries
·        POS (Point of Sale) reconciliation
·        VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) 3rd party warehouse fulfillment & support
·        EDI, VMI forecast support (will include train temp)
·        Backlog maintenance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
·        1 - 2 years customer service/sales experience within similar industry would be excellent
·        BA degree is preferred but not required
·        Oracle experience highly preferred; will accept similar software experience
·        Excel experience using pivot tables and v look up
·        Excellent communication skills both in verbal and prompt professional email correspondence
·        Positive teamwork attitude and ability to work under stress
