Our Client mission is to help children succeed and excel at leading happy, healthy, productive lives through a combination of prevention, treatment, research, and advocacy. Focusing on working with children, youngsters, and families who have dealt with trauma.
 
You will be able to: 
  1. Network to find passive and non-job board talent that may not be looking to make a move or have their own practice etc. 
  2. Day to Day Recruiting via Internet, Phone, email, etc. the required healthcare candidates for the Job Orders that our clients send us.
  3. Creative thinking on how to locate, find, reach and attract candidates in “hard to find” and “niche professions” of mental health including:  Licensed Therapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Social Workers and other Mental Health Professionals.
  4. Retrieving and presenting the required documentation from candidates for consideration such as, licenses, resume, required forms and other credentials that the client requires for a candidate to be considered for selection.
  5. We are seeking an individual to Recruit for Behavioral and Mental Health professional and also some who can do full cycle nonprofit recruiting
  6. 3-5 years’ experience recruiting medical, therapists, mental health, social workers, HR, Administrative roles. 
  7. ATS Experience, LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean, niche search skills
  8. Bachelor’s degree  
  9. In-depth Background check (working with children) 
  10. Familiar with Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH) and Kaiser Mental Health
  11. Experience recruiting mental health professionals is greatly preferred
  12. What is essential are energy, drive, commitment, and a "can do and will do" whatever is needed attitude. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must as well.
