We are looking for an experienced Software Product Manager who is passionate about building beautifully designed B2B products that customers will love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out product features that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.  Our proprietary, web-based tool, StaffingNation, helps our clients save time and money by simplifying the process of hiring and onboarding contingent workers.  You will help us take this product to the next level!
  • Develop new feature strategy and roadmap for the StaffingNation product
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Drive product enhancements and new product development
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders and prioritize work to meet their needs, set realistic timelines and expectations
  • Work closely with design team, project manager, analysts and developers to deliver the best experience for our users
  • Work closely with marketing/sales teams on product rollout
  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Product Manager
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully managing complex technology projects from requirements definition through delivery of solution
  • Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into clear requirements and deliverables
  • Experience bringing concept to market for a software solution
  • Experience working directly with software development teams
  • Experience with back office systems such as payroll/benefits, staffing, Vendor Management Systems, and/or B2B platforms a huge plus
  • Experience with data analysis/VOC feedback a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
