A global nonprofit in Seattle, WA is seeking a Global Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. 

  • Partner with recruiters on global staffing initiatives
  • Schedule complex interviews with multiple teams/individuals across times across time zones using video conferencing, skype, and other technologies
  • Review, edit, and ensure accuracy of requisitions, new hire information, and electronic job files
  • Coordinate new hire paperwork
  • Train clients on ATS
  • Engage with Recruiters and assist with projects as needed
  • Submit and monitor background checks for all U.S. hires
  • Serve as point of contact with vendors, participate in negotiating discounted rates for high-volume advertisements and resume databases, and reclassify expenses
  • Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, such as submitting check requests, ordering supplies, and scheduling team meetings
  • Manage background checks for U.S. hires
  • Identify effective diversity advertisement and networking options and present to hiring managers, including drafting creative and compelling job announcements for networking
  • Act as primary contact with advertising vendors, participate in negotiating rates for advertisements, pay invoices, and perform accounting activities for expenses  
  • Associate's degree plus two or more years of experience providing direct administrative support to others
  • More than one year of recruiting or HR experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven skill providing excellent customer service
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and able to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively while also thinking and operating independently
  • Demonstrated success producing accurate work product and attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proven skill prioritizing competing demands and keeping others apprised of progress
  • Demonstrated success exercising sound judgment, anticipating future needs and taking initiative to resolve challenges
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel PowerPoint, and SharePoint and applying new technology
