Job Description
  • Do whatever is necessary to remove distractions and keep the team happy, productive and growing the business
  • Maintain accurate documentation pertinent to the operation of the business in a confidential manner.
  • Ensures the office work environment is as good as possible for employees and the office is operated and maintained in a safe, professional, clean and cost-effective manner.
  • Work remotely with IT team to troubleshoot local support on  VOIP phone system and conference systems
  • Helps plan and coordinate company events and meetings.
  • Oversees cleaning services, food service operations and the repair and maintenance of equipment.
  • Daily inspects the office and prepares and maintains an office standard checklist.
  • Receives and sorts mail, packages and deliveries and ensures internal customer satisfaction.
  • Arranges catering and oversees restocking of supplies for pantries and conference rooms
  • Administrative duties as needed

Requirements
 
  • No ego. You are up for anything thrown at you and you tend to stay calm in stressful situations.
  • 3-5 years office management/operations experience, degree qualified.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices as well as administrative and financial controls.
  • Proficient user of technology as well as MS office applications and Mac
  • You must crave fast pace, chaotic, exciting environments.
  • Highly organized with an attention to details
  • Flexible with superb interpersonal skills
  • An ability to multi-task in a fast paced, exciting work environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service orientation with a keen sense of urgency and priorities
  • Experience in purchasing, travel arrangements and event planning as well as office services
  • A high degree of independent judgment and discretion while working within a team approach to daily office operations
  • Demonstrated expertise in providing high-quality support services with an ability to identify, analyze and problem solve service related issues
