Overview:
As a PM, you will assist the on-site project team with all administrative functions including coordination of all site meetings with stakeholders, and contractors. You will assist the on-site project team with processing daily documents, reports, tracking of schedule milestones, incoming, drawings, specifications and samples, incoming and outgoing A&E and other consultant’s documents, drawings, submittals, transmittals, etc. being used in the field.

Draft and track all contracts, review budgetary constraints with respect to change orders, manage paperwork related to contracts and contract files, provide accurate and timely information as to the financial status related to the project, obtain and manage insurance certificates, review, track and process all commitments such as change orders, payment application and office invoices when necessary.

Experience Needed-
  • Several years in construction, commercial properties, design, development, and planning
  • You will understand and complete Tennent design packages
  • You have advanced Excel experience
  • You will fully understand the Tenant Coordination Departments Policies and Procedures and the workflow used in the Tenant Coordination Department from receipt of active deals in leasing system documents through store opening.
  • You will be able to resolve issues relating to payment claims and escalate unresolved issues.
  • You can review and process Change Orders, Payment Applications, and office invoices and maintain detailed logs of all commitments as needed.
  • You will assist in processing and/or tracking TWRs throughout the project
  • You will maintain the Tenant Status Report for development projects.
  • You have Salesforce Experience and experience with the Leasing Management systems
  • You will provide and verify receipt of tenant design criteria package.
  • You will assist Design Managers and Tenant Coordinators in tracking deliverables.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Finance, Accounting or similar
  • You possess excellent verbal, written communication skills, analytical skills, organization
  • You will review costs and expenses relating to project and track these against budgets and forecasts.
  • You will assist in reviewing Cost Reports to identify project risks in terms of unaccounted for expenses and assist with variance explanations
  • You will review all reports for accuracy & completeness
