The Role
Our Receptionists whole-heartedly understand how crucial a first impression can be - whether in person, in our lobby, over the phone, or via email. Core Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and candidates who arrive in our lobby.
  • Field all incoming calls received on our main line.
  • Backfill administrative support.
  • Research and complete varying levels of short-term projects.
 What We Value
  • High school diploma; some college preferred (various backgrounds accepted)
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to accept constructive criticism when necessary
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask in an energizing environment
  • Attention to detail. Our goal is to improve everything we come in contact with.
  • At least one year of support/customer service or receptionist experience
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft programs
