Temp Receptionist – San Francisco, 94105
Pay: $20/hr.
Dates: ASAP
Assignment Length: 6 months

Hours: 8 hours/day 

Responsibilities:
 
● Cover reception desk and receive all visitors, vendors, and deliveries.
● Process shipping requests & on site receiving log.
● Coordinate issues with building management and service vendors, including facility
maintenance and repairs.
● Assist with kitchen vending program and coordinate office catering.
● Maintain office tidiness and supply organization.
● Help coordinate and support of office supplies.
● Administrative duties to assist Corporate Services Dept.
● Provide remote support to other sites as needed.
● Ability to lift 50lbs (move furniture, boxes, as needed.)
 
Knowledge and Skills:
 
● Handle multiple projects at a time. Results oriented.
● Can effectively cope with change; can shift gears quickly.
● Communicate effectively at all levels in a diverse and fast pace operating
environment.
● Excellent customer service focus, good interpersonal/problem solving skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft office and Gmail, JIRA a plus; able to utilize online tools and
software programs.
