Schedule: M/W/F 8:00am - 5:00pm + on-call for emergencies
Salary: $35.00 Hourly
5 Month Contract (with potential to convert)

The Workplace Site Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to day operations in our facility, managing vendors and building relationships with colleagues in the office to provide them the best workplace possible. Self-starters with a desire to work in a fast paced, growing environment is a must.

Job Responsibilities:
•    Manage all daily workplace operations of the Bellevue office
•    Directly manage all relocations and new hire set-ups in Bellevue
•    Coordinate all Bellevue Workplace vendor contracts, RFPs responses and selections
•    Be local leader for driving culture building events
•    Working with global team to implement emergency preparedness program in office
•    Work locally to manage food and beverage program
•    General correspondence, work with leadership team to support client, candidate, and customer visits
•    Work with Finance and Accounting teams for invoice, PR and PO related inquiries
•    Work with leadership on managing expenses to budget
•    Maintaining maintenance and vendor records for the Bellevue office
•    Maintain working relationship with building property management
•    Support the IT departments as needed for daily operational activities
•    Has complete responsibility and oversight of day-to-day operations of facilities including janitorial, life-safety, general maintenance, space planning and moves
•    Responsible for the cost-effective management of service contracts. Responsible for periodic and ongoing performance and financial review
•    Leads and assists team in the management of all maintenance programs relating to the interior conditions and appearance and operation of the facilities
•    Ensures that she/he provide positive and prompt response to ticketing requests from employees
•    Maintain and refine Workplace Operations manuals

Qualifications and Experience
•    3+ years of experience in a Facilities/Administrative role
•    Position is an "on-call 24/7” position for emergencies, with presence in the office only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8am – 5pm
•    Must have strong leadership skills and experience with managing relationships with cross functional teams
•    Excellent technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills required
•    Excellent written and oral communications skills required
•    Strong computer and systems knowledge
