Job Description
The Adjudication Specialist will serve a critical role in the hiring process reviewing HireRights background results in partnership with guidelines from legal to determine eligibility of prospective candidates.  This will enable CHC to make employment decisions consistent with applicable laws, rules and regulations governing the pre-employment screening process. An Adjudication Specialist works closely with Human Resources, Operations, Legal and Compliance.
The Adjudication Specialist is responsible for reviewing the screening process and for conducting individualized assessments where required by Legal’s guidelines.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills required
  • Excellent written and communication skills 
  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Capable of handling confidential information appropriately
  • Must have high level of computer proficiency
