Job Description
Provides benefits support to HR Benefits Administration serving all business units.  Responds to all benefit and leave inquiries that come in on Chatter (inhouse social media) and through email.  Also performs transactions and processes for all health and welfare and leave of absence activities.  Reports to the Benefits Administration Manager.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to all benefits and leave inquiries from team members, managers, HRBP’s and vendors
  • Provide day-to-day support for the benefit programs- medical, dental, vision, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, Life and AD&D and EAP
  • Support administration of all leave programs including FMLA, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Military, Parental, Workers Compensation and ADAA
 
Minimum Requirements:
Undergraduate Degree in Human Resources or related field experience preferred.  1-3 years of HR/benefits administration experience required.
