A worldwide sports and entertainment company that specializes in sports trading cards, is seeking an IT Support Lead, to join their team.  The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and enjoys working with different departments to target key business objectives.  If you are exceptionally organized and are self-motivated, we’d love to hear from you!
 
  • Maintain and support hardware and operating system.
  • Provide a quick response to any network outages or technical problems when needed.
  • Recommend process improvements to be more efficient and save on overall costs.
  • Provide training with other team members to ensure redundancy of IT operations.
  • Provide maintenance and upgrades of Windows servers, as well as other network hardware platforms.
  • Create and manage disaster recovery plan.
  • Recommend new changes to improve reliability, redundancy, and performance.
  • Provide after-hours and on-call support when needed.
  • Maintain documents related to WAN and Security.
Qualifications:
  • 4-year degree in Computer Science/Information Systems.
  • 5+ years working in a high-availability network environment.
  • Experience with Windows OS, enterprise backup solutions, email, virus solutions, spam, and intrusion detection.
  • Preferred 1 or more professional certificates. Such as: VCA, VCP, MCP/MTA/MCSE, CCIE, CISSP, etc.
  • Knowledge of NAS, SAN with NetApps, ODA, and C#.
  • Advanced with Microsoft and Mac platforms
