Our client is a leading financial and administrative healthcare network in the United States that connects virtually all private and government payers, claim-submitting providers and pharmacies in a hybrid cloud based, user-centric and secure infrastructure environment. They are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support a Workday integration.

The Senior HRIS Analyst partners with various functional areas to provide HR system administration and support, as well as data, organizational, and security role maintenance. He/she will complete complex HR operational activities and projects, as well as participates in various HR systems implementations. This role will play a part in maintaining current state processes utilizing multiple HCMs, as well as the creation and roll out of future state processes following the implementation of a companywide HCM. The analyst will be responsible for providing support for various HR systems and will be accountable for the regular review and cleanup of employee data.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Workday Report writing 
  • Workday department maintenance management
  • Workday hierarchy management
  • Multi system interface management
  • Interface management with multiple ERP systems
  • Administration of the current state HCM solution (Workday).
  • Maintain data integrity in systems by developing audit processes to analyze and identify data issues. Ensures documentation and processes are in place to satisfy audit requirements and to ensure continuous operations.
  • Provide HR systems maintenance and support. Assists with the execution of system changes (updates, integrations, new configurations) and participate in all aspects of system testing.
  • Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management. Monitors reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate security role permissions, and create new roles as needed.
  • Assist in data onboarding and offboarding during M&A/divestiture activities.
  • Stay informed of current international data and system requirements and ensure compliance
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years HCM systems experience
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS and database systems management required – experience with Workday highly preferred
  • Experience working with confidential information and critical business processes required
  • Experience working with global HR data preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience manipulating complex data set
  • Timely execution and decision making ability
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
