Job Description
  • General description: Call center triage/switch board assistance
  • Taking calls from customers that have gone to the corporate website and went to the contact us for support page
  • In many cases, these folks are really lost since they’re bypassing product portal links and any other support contact info to use the number from our corporate website
  • Understanding that the customers may struggle to even articulate what they need
  • You will answer the call and attempt to help identify where the customer should be directed, using some documents with contact info for products
  • Team will be receiving about 100 calls on average daily across shifts
Job Requirements
  • HS Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience highly desired
  • Good customer service skills
  • Willingness to patiently work with customers
  • Good attendance as it’s a small team
