 Beautiful corporate headquarters of nationwide, 3000-employee healthcare services company is seeking an IVR Design Specialist that is an outstanding communicator and highly organized.  The IVR Design Specialist will be designing IVR call flows as well as interact and support the call centers that are going through conversion from a legacy phone system to Cisco.  They will also be gathering and documenting the current state of IVR components and consulting with call center to reach IVR optimization.
 
Job Requirements
  • HS degree or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3-4 years of contact center operations experience
  • 3 years of experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise
  • 3 to 5 years Cisco UCCE software [ICM, CVP, IP-IVR] Enterprise development and deployment experience, including scripting, configuration and call routing
  • Experience developing, mapping, designing and optimizing IVR call flows. Prompt scripting
  • 3 years of experience working with IVR, CRM, and quality monitoring solutions
  • Teamwork & collaboration skills to work across organizations
  • Problem solving skills to develop quick yet sound solutions to resolve complex issues
  • Experience working with Visio, Confluence, Sharepoint
  • Previous experience with Avaya helpful
