Sales Admin/Assistant (Contractor)

Start Date: ASAP (most likely through the end of the year)
Part-time: 20 hours/week: 10am – 2pm
Job Description
  • Keep documents organized within the company server and folders
  • Respond to inbound requests in a timely manner
  • Prepare and send information packages, collateral, and submittals to prospective customers, architects or others
  • Generate new leads through web search & networking
  • Maintain, update and run various databases / reports
  • Record all interactions, activities, and prospect information in CRM tool
  • Assist with any additional sales and administrative duties as requested
  • Assist with administrative support of construction projects underway
  • Assist with local marketing activities including networking events and trade shows
  • Strong administration and organization skills
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Have a positive attitude and can-do disposition
  • Excellent phone presence and communication
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through to completion
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems ( preferred)
