The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist is the first person that employees and guests encounter as they enter our office.  This position requires a person with a positive helpful attitude and someone who can support our clients and staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer incoming calls and redirect appropriately. 
  • Order/manage office supplies.
  • Order/manage coffee /breakroom supplies.
  • Receive third-party invoices.
  • Manage badge requests for new employees.
  • Order/pick up lunches for conferences.
  • Schedule/coordinate meetings.
JOB Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • One to two years related experience in an office or call center setting
  • Previous experience in health care or insurance helpful
  • Previous experience with data entry essential
