Salary: $15- $16.50 hourly (Weekly pay!)
6 Month Contract  (potential for permanent) 
Full-time- M-F- 9-6pm

Our client is looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between their company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively routing customer inquiries, complaints, and sales opportunities; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Job Duties:
  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics and routing calls into our internal call tree as necessary
  • Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems.
  • Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 + years of experience in a customer service/call center representative role
  • Excellent phone skills and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus is mandatory
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Active Listening and following direction 
  • Data Entry Skills
  • People Skills adaptability to different personality types
  • Attention to detail
  • Requires professionalism and a positive attitude
