As the Data Entry Specialist you will operate a keyboard or computer, to verify and input data.  You will also be responsible for inputting accurate information and personal project management.  

Responsibilities:
  • Read documents such as, canceled checks, sales reports, and bills.
  • Use keyboard and scanners to put information from specific data fields.
  • Verify the accuracy of data.
  • Locate, correct, and report any data entry errors.
  • Compare data with source documents.
  • Re-enter data in verifications formats to detect any error.
  • Mainting activities and completed work logs.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • At least 2 years of data entry experience.
  • Excellent documentation and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent speed and accuracy with data entry.
