Full-time Contract/Temporary position
$12 per hour

The office/mail clerk will oversee sorting checks, keeping payroll records, taking inventory, and distributing mail.  They will also act as the distributor for all information and communication within the office. 

  • Answer questions, explain information, and address any complaints from customers and employees.
  • Answer phones, take direct call, and take down messages.
  • Organize, copy, sort and file all records of office activities and business transactions. 
  • Record and proof-read records and reports.
  • Manage filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0-2 years’ experience working in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Bilingual is preferred.
  • Good phone skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Highly organized and ability to keep information confidential
  • Can easily work independently and manage one’s time.
