The Receptionist will be responsible for performing all duties assigned by the Office Manager/Executive Assistant. This includes fielding incoming phone calls and performing various office duties as required.

  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a timely manner.
  • Distribute calls as required assuring the best possible experience for the caller.
  • Take adequate messages when required.
  • Greet, assist and/or direct visitors.
  • Perform various paper flow and filing tasks.
  • Perform assignments in the most efficient manner to maximize production and maintain highest possible service standards.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately, legibly and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Notify Supervisor when coming in late or leaving early.
  • Must have solid computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Requires a high degree of planning and organizational skills.
