Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide first line support to employees by answering employment related questions
  • Partner with hiring managers, to onboard and offboard employees in HRIS
  • Create and maintain employment records and data accuracy in Workday, and other systems
  • Apply company processes to onboard and offboard contingent workers, including advising hiring managers on the process 
  • Assist in management of global contingent workforce, including tracking contract start and end dates; partnering with external vendors and hiring managers to begin, end, and extend employment contracts in accordance with local laws and regulations; and maintaining database of employment information
  • Pull and prepare data in response to reporting requests and audit requirements
  • Administer benefits and perks programs
  • Generate employment-related letters such as job change letters and verifications of employment
  • Provide ad hoc support as needed by the business
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years of related experience, preferably in human resources
  • Excellent Google Suite (e.g., Google Sheets, Docs) skills
  • Workday experience a plus
  • Solid understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, and with the levity and coolness that exemplifies the company culture
  • Ability to hold self and others accountable to meet commitments, consistently delivering results within required timelines and expectations
  • Work collaboratively with others, creating partnerships with peers, cross-functional stakeholders, and the rest of the People Team
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously, while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail
