Schedule: Full-time -9am-5pm
Term: 12 month contract (On-going contract/high potential for permanent)

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Analyst who will be exceptional addition to their team! You will provide support to staff through identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems. Must have a positive attitude!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • First line of support to identify, research, and resolve end user related problems.
  • Provides problem determination and resolution related to technology issues, primarily via service desk ticket system
  • Support of PC, Mac, and mobile devices.
  • Responsible for recording accurate accounts of all user issues in the IT Ticket system.
  • Communicating and escalating issues to internal support teams.
  • Trains users after problem & notifying user of status
  • Sets up Computer Systems and Laptops
  • Performs software installations and upgrades for users in network
  • Participate in projects.
  • Some on call needed
  • 10% travel
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors/AA degree in related field
  • 5+yrs IT Helpdesk experience required
  • Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Required experience in PC/MAC
  • Experienced in supporting Mac computers and applications in a Windows network environment
  • Hardware trouble shooting experience
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • A+, MCSE and/or MCP an asset!
  • Must pass background check
