The company was founded in 2002 with the aim of capturing the emerging online skill-games market. Having led the market in backgammon and regional skill games in Italy and Spain, the company broadened their product portfolio to offer a full gaming software system as well as becoming a leading developer of online casino games. The company have offices in the UK (London, Kensington) and in the US (Nevada, Las Vegas) and they pride themselves on the many industry awards they have picked up along the way – latterly for Casino Platform of the Year at the North America EGR awards in San Francisco.

The company has strategically positioned itself in the US as a pioneer in this emerging regulated market. In New Jersey, they partnered with Betfair to provide a real-money online gaming site since November 2013. In unregulated US states, they have developed an innovative, free-to-play casino to land-based casino operators seeking to monetise their large databases online.

TEAOVERVIEW:
The Marketing Services team is split between the Vegas and Sofia offices and is responsible for growing as well as supporting a number of simulated gaming and real money gaming websites on behalf of our worldwide B2B partner casinos. The team is central to the global simulated gaming and real money gaming US strategies and is therefore growing quickly – hence this new opportunity in their Las Vegas, NV or Cherry Hill, NJ office

JOB PURPOSE:
We are looking for a User Acquisition Senior Manager to lead and execute our digital player acquisition strategy working alongside the Field Marketing Manager and online retention teams. This role reports into the Vice President Marketing and is central to the continued growth in monetisation of our large player databases. The successful candidate will support a broad variety of acquisition
campaigns aimed at growing both brand equity for our partner casino websites, as well as targeting key audiences for increased scalability of the websites across our global suite of real and simulated gaming websites, whilst successfully achieving competitive ROAS KPIs. 

DESCRIPTION OF JOB OBJECTIVES:
  • Develop mid-to-long term business and technical ad product strategy for next generation of player acquisition.
  • Responsible for managing end to end marketing user acquisition and top level user funnel.
  • Work with the Marketing Field Marketing Manager and Online Retention teams to build advertising plans, performance metrics, and budgets that align with company and company partner goals – and be prepared to update them quickly as priorities may shift.
  • Support   the   Vice   President   Marketing   in   feeding   back   performance   updates   and recommendations to clients.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across performance UA channels.
  • Monitor, optimize and report performance of campaigns based on key metrics on a regular and on an ongoing basis.
  • Identify new partner, platform, and optimization opportunities to drive campaign performance.
  • Develop test plans, measure performance, and make recommendations based on testing.
  • Work with user acquisition partners such as Facebook, ad networks etc. Including having established senior contacts within key channel partners (namely Google, Facebook, Apple Search, and key attribution partners)
  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly budget forecasting and reporting of results to the Vice President Marketing.
TECHNICAL ABILITIES:
  • Digital tech-savvy – you will have an interest in marketing technologies and the emerging trends in their usage
  • Expert in DCM, GTM, GA, Facebook Business Manager, Appsflyer, and other programmatic buying platforms
  • Experienced in developing attribution models, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5 - 7 years of acquisition marketing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and review commercial & legal terms with third party acquisition partners
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar acquisition marketing budget
  • Strong analytical approach to acquisition funnel metrics measurement, campaign performance and optimizations
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience hiring and managing a world class team
  • Relentlessly high standards and a high attention to detail
  • Ability to plan strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution
  • Confident in presenting internally to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and externally to our partner brands
BENEFICIAL TO HAVE:
  • Experience in managing affiliates and affiliate marketing performance reporting highly regarded
  • SQL and a familiarity with freemium and real money gaming models not essential, but highly regarded
  • Passion for online gaming and an interest in casino gaming highly regarded
