Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with channel partners to develop scaleble processes for processing and approving customer use cases for each channel.
  • Work with the Product and Engineering teams to develop channel process that ensure stellar customer service.
  • Manage complex request from customers as needed.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems with internal tooling and external product offerings.
  • Design and optimize new processes to advance the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • You have a bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Able to prioritize and execute multiple projects at once.
  • Experience configuring and operating various systems and software tools.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Previous experience building operations to benefit customers.
