Pay Rate: $23-$25 hr (Weekly pay) Full-time

As the Jr Government Property Administrator you will participate in activities to ensure continual accountability and control of government and customer property in accordance with applicable government regulations and corporate policy. You will be helping assist the company with an up-coming audit

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare for audits through record retrieval and reporting
  • Establish and maintain control of property records
  • Interface with various departments including Supply Chain, Program Management, Contracts, Materials Management and Accounting to resolve complex property issues.
  • Document verification conduct physical inventories, analyze/assess property records and lifestyle outcomes
  • Manage disposition cases and review contract for closeout verification
  • Prepare special purpose reports and obtain authorization for use of government property
  • Develop process improvements and train employees on government regulations and internal policies
  • Complying with government regulations and corporate policies
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years Government Property Admin, Supply Chain and/or government contractor in related field
  • Excellent customer service working with both internal and external customers
  • Supply Chain background helpful
  • Ability to reconcile inventory and record discrepancies
  • NPMA certification preferred
  • Knowledge of the FAR, particularly FAR Part 45, Government Property clause 52.245-1 and DFARS clauses. Utilizing PCARSS
  • Strong analytical skills to resolve complex issues
  • Attention to detail and strong proof-reading abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Excel
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and
  • Ability to work independently
  • Can lift to 50lbs
  • Pass background check
  • U.S government position preferred
  • Some knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes
 
Additional Preferences:
  • Bachelor's degree in Property Administration, Business, Supply Chain or related field
  • Oracle and Sente systems experience
  • CPPA or CPPS certified
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance
  • Experience creating and maintaining IUID Registry
  • MS Visio
