They are looking for an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join their growing stockroom team. Job Responsibilities:
  • Data entry of work orders, receiving information, and other duties as requested
  • Accurate data entry using multiple platforms including Oracle ERP, Excel spreadsheets, or other database components
  • Enter, revise, and/or combine information as required by business processes
  • Maintain paper and data files
  • Auditing reports and files for discrepancies, and compiling information and metrics from various documents
  • Interact with various departmental staff on matters relating to data entry
  • Advise supervisor of any issues related to data and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures
 
Qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+yrs of Data Entry required (Preferably in a Manufacturing atmosphere)
  • Must have proficient typing skills- Ability to type 65-75 WPM
  • Ability to perform accurate data entry (your job function is 90% of data entry)
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Ability to lift 50lbs ([physical assessment) 
  • Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task and juggle changing priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail is required
  • Excellcent communication skills
  • Pass background check
  • Some knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes
 
Additional Preferences:
  • Experience with Oracle ERP
  • Experience in a fast paced variable warehouse/distribution environment
  • Experience with WMS/TMS systems
  • Excel, Word, and business intelligence experience
