Temporary Position      Week of April 22-26 & Week of May 28-31 
·         At least two (2) years related experience in an office
·         Mature judgment, high level of discretion and confidentiality
·         Detail oriented; problem solver
·         Extremely dependable and reliable
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·         Excellent organization skills
·         Professional, upbeat, flexible attitude
·         Excellent team player
·         Appropriate appearance
·         Experience working with facilities functions
·         Excellent typing and data entry skills
·         Appropriate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
·         Ability to learn/utilize Cisco phone system
·         Screen, greet, announce and direct visitors
·         Answer and transfer incoming calls
·         Coordinate all incoming and outgoing courier services and manage intercompany mail
·         Assist in all matters related to eOne when necessary or when asked to do so
·         Perform clerical work as needed
For all duties listed, a pro-active approach is necessary
·         Restock supplies in pantry Morning and Afternoon
·         Do Wellness checks around office, make sure common areas are tidy
·         Keep Conference room neat and orderly
·         Check printers, restock, and keep neat
·         Maintain office by communicating any major issues to Director of Facilities and help coordinate
