Our client, a leading provider of EDA and semiconductor IP, is looking for a talented Performance Development Specialist for a contract assignment, who shares the company's passion for employee success. This position is on-site at the company's corporate HQ in San Jose. We are looking for an individual to collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver training, development, and leadership opportunities that will resonate with the company culture.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver face-to-face and Virtual training to groups of people at all levels of the organization.
  • Function as an in-house learning expert and consult with business groups and teams regarding their specific needs.
  • Facilitate training programs focused on personal development and leadership development using a variety of instructional techniques such as simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, lectures, and new technology.
  • Experience in embracing technology to deliver micro-learning and mini-pathways to a wide employee audience.
  • Create exercises and assessments that reinforce learning to drive continued engagement.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create and revise learning programs to suit business group needs and identify when there are opportunities to share those needs across the larger organization programmatically.
  • Identify creative ways to motivate employees to drive their own career development and engage with our learning offerings.
  • Measure success and business impact of learning programs.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Human Resources qualification desired.
  • 5+ years’ experience with training and development programs targeting both individuals and teams
  • Excellent customer service, a creative and positive outlook, and a genuine interest in helping to drive positive results and improvements within the organization
  • Collaborative problem-solver with the ability to partner well with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce results and drive change within a rapidly growing organization.
  • Ability to work well with senior leaders and technology executives.
  • Excellent writer and communicator.
  • Experience in the technology industry preferred.
