M-F 40 Hours 

The Customer Engagement Specialist will ensure customers receive the best possible experience.  They will work closely with customers to develop solutions that resolve debt and promote financial health.  They will also assist with the platform improvement by providing feedback on product performance.

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Successfully guide customers through the collections process.
  • Manage all repayment inquiries from consumers and debt consolidators.
  • Establish payment solutions and resolve customer account inquiries.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Must be comfortable with negotiating and resolving conflict.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks to ensure successful completion of each debt collection attempt.
  • Previous call center experience.
