The Strategic Sourcing Manager will help support our Strategic Sourcing team for Marketing and Real Estate categories on a 6 months assignment. This is an accelerated growth environment in terms of responsibilities and the ideal candidate should have the capacity to execute according to a plan, work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges. 


● Responsible for supplier selection and the development of data analysis, requirements gathering, and proposal evaluation for informed supplier decisions 
● Execute Category Strategy which includes using spend data, industry benchmarks and future budgets to provide recommendations on savings ideas, supplier rationalization and operational improvement for the category 
● Oversee and understand key metrics and analytics for the Marketing and REWS categories to improve current processes and deliver value 
● Build trust and rapport with the key stakeholders in the Marketing & Real Estate organizations, the appropriate finance partners and legal partners 
● Select, draft and negotiate contractual requirements specific to the engagement and facilitate legal negotiations with suppliers 
● Review and approve/reject Purchasing Requisitions according to internal policies and requisites 


● Bachelor's degree in a Business Field (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations) or Engineering 
● 6+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement managing an indirect category such as Marketing, Real Estate, Construction, and Workplace Services 
● Polished negotiation skills & knowledge of supplier management, segmentation and strategic sourcing practices 
● Analytical skills managing and discerning data, making executive level presentations & formulating strategies 
● Work well under pressure, ability to multitask and skilled time manager that is comfortable working under minimal supervision 
● Comfortable making presentations at Executive Level and establishing relationships with different internal and external stakeholders such as business customers, legal resources, suppliers, etc. 
● Knowledge of Salesforce is desired but not required
