Our Client, a leader in CRM software, is seeking a Customer Account Support Specialist to be a part of the Strategic Events Enablement team. If you are passionate about working with multiple stakeholders and supporting all internal sales requests relating to our events, we’d love to hear from you! 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming sales requests and approvals 
  • Match discount distribution against registration revenue 
  • Strategically manage and distribute discounts 
  • Support promotion code management 
  • Report on registration, code redemption, allocation usage, inventory rates, and sales efficiencies 
  • Communicate pricing and capacity changes 
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience working in customer-facing role, with an emphasis or background in sales, marketing, or customer support. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a solid ability to deal professionally with sales, senior executives, vendors, and team members at all levels of the organization. 
  • Exceptional project and time management skills – highly organized, detail focused, results-driven, and accountable. 
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive work independently, working with deadlines in a fast paced environment. 
  • Ability to handle stress and last-minute, urgent requests. 
  • Strong base knowledge of Cloud / SaaS companies and familiarity working with the Salesforce.
