As Recruiting Coordinator(Research & Marketing)the you will join a growing, world-class listening function that acts as the chief evangelists and storyteller to help discover who the customers are and what they care about — by role, market, industry, and geography.  The ideal candidate will be excited about creating a great customer experience at live events, working with an energetic team, being at the intersection of technology and business, and making a lasting impact on a rapidly growing and innovative company.

  • Assist with recruitment operations 
  • Assist with the vetting of customer lists 
  • Validate and update customer information in Platform 
  • Maintain communications flight schedule including change management for each event 
  • Update and maintain communications templates 
  • Create & maintain customer briefing documents, including customer profile information - name, title, company, photo, LinkedIn profile links etc 
  • Create & maintain event Chatter collaboration groups 
  • Track and update recruitment milestones in recruitment punch list 
  • Recruitment outreach as directed, including working with 3rd Party vendors, and follow up with field sales and customer success teams 
  • Support logistics planning as needed, including venue selection, F&B selections, tent-card creation, customer gifts, etc for live listening events. 
  • Identify areas for recruitment process improvement and innovation 
  • 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in event recruitment, event coordination, or related field for a software or technology company 
  • BA/BS Degree 
  • Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced, startup environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Natural collaborator and team player 
  • Strong written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills 
  • A can-do attitude with the willingness to roll up your sleeves to make things happen 
  • Proficiency with MS Office or similar productivity suite, comfortable with Excel 
  • Preference for experience using Salesforce Platform
