Our client, a leader in the healthcare marketplace industry, is seeking an Office/Facilities Associate to assist with restocking snacks and beverages, replenishing paper supplies, keeping various office rooms clean, and making sure high-traffic areas are tidy and maintained.

  • Keep communal kitchen clean – wipe down counters, unload/load dishwashers.
  • Complete weekly refrigerator clean out.
  • Refill coffee machine and tea stations.
  • Restock drink cooler and dry good dispensers.
  • Restock paper products in restrooms.
  • Keep common area tables clean.
  • Tidy conference rooms and meeting areas.
  • Keep whiteboards clean and ready to use.
  • Previous reception/facilities experience is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Must be organized.
  • Ability to perform basic cleaning duties and projects.
  • Take initiative to recognize and solve problems.
