Summary:
You will be performing non-manufacturing actions to support specific program customer requirements. You will collect, summarize and prepare reports or presentations for management review and customer dissemination. Gather, assemble, classify, and verifies data from various sources. You will be reviewing and updating program schedules, customer actions, and provides expediting services for the specific programs. 

Job Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Update Serial number tracker with current status daily and provide in customer format for PM dissemination to customer.
  • Add material requirements to service order as required as confirmed by PM and/or VSM.
  • Prepare information for the weekly customer status call and insure we have the latest information. May include directly interfacing with customer to respond to detailed questions during customer meetings.
  • Research scanned documents for history of unit to help address and answer any questions of previous build history.
  • Provide inputs to the status tracker for the revision of the build and verify current traveler has that revision.
  • Transact and prepare documents to ship units as they become available and provide tracking numbers to P.M and VSM.
  • Support incoming receipt of units and provide inputs to QE to help expedite the incoming receipt. Provide feedback to PM and customer on any inconsistencies resulting in hardware receipt delays.
  • Develop and maintain customer/program action items, maintain status of current and past due actions.
  • Submit reports to Program Manager for submittal to customers for review and approval; submit and track all customer specification waivers, non-conforming material reports and deviations.
  • Review, prepare and organize end item deliverable data packages with Program Manager and customer; complete any required tasks to effectively deliver product.  Receive, review and compare documents, forms or reports for completeness and accuracy.
  • Pull weekly actuals for WBSs as directed by PM, and provide analysis results total hours expended, % complete, and other information required to assess profitability of efforts.  Includes identifying charging anomalies and escalating to PM and/or VSM for correction. 
  • Using reported actuals, support development of bids and proposals for specific customer requests.
  • Improve and maintain 5S in your work area; make suggestions for improvements.
  • Collaborate in team meetings and activities, including SET Team Support as appropriate.
  • Supporting RMA order entry processes.
  • Expedite units through repair process, including production monuments to ensure minimal queue and process times. Escalate constraints or issues at the daily huddle to the PM and/or VSM.
  • Support Program Manager in preparing bids and quotes by researching and compiling data from operations, finance, and other supporting organizations.
  • Communicate Program status on deficiencies, work in progress and other routine program information.
  • Provide customer service on contracts designated by Program Management. Escalate customer issues or needs to the appropriate Program Manager for resolution.
Job Requirements of a Qualified Candidate:
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience supporting program/project management or related area; High school or GED, required; Technical school or AA degree, preferred.
  • Computer skills: intermediate to advanced knowledge working in a networked environment using a Windows and/or Windows like interface using Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook software programs; ability to use Enterprise Resource Programs such as SAP, a plus.
  • Math & Analytical skills: basic to intermediate mathematical skills; ability to collect, analyze and summarize information to a general understanding; ability to think abstractly and separate complex ideas into simple elements; ability to produce rudimentary financial analysis models.
Security:
  • May be required to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship.
