As the Inside Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling our clients products and service portfolio into customers via telephone in an ever-changing environment. You will generate a high volume of calls and approach the process as part of a strategic alliance with outside sales. Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Drive business development initiatives to grow the business by identifying trends & advising marketing to set up programs.
  • Generate and follow up leads and convert these into opportunities to drive incremental business.
  • Maintain and enrich account data in SFDC/Siebel.
  • Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors' products and pricing and keep up-to-date on knowledge of the company.
  • Co-owns sales achievement against a specified commercial quota in a territory.
  • Qualifies marketing leads for commercial accounts in territory and accepts or rejects based on SLA.
  • Owns developing a list of focus accounts in territory to penetrate and/or expand.
  • Aligns with the Regional Sales Lead’s strategy for the geography (OAL, RD).
  • Works with resale partners to close sales opportunities in accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with accounts and Go-To partners in territory.
  • Provides feedback on gaps in partner skills or territory coverage to partner account executives for partner development activities.
  • Generates and drives a sufficient pipeline of deals in territory to cover commits.
  • Serves as Juniper sales resource on sales opportunities in accounts.
Job Requirements of a Qualified Candidate:
  1. Must hold a degree or experience with inside sales. (Both not required)
  2. Proven record of accomplishment within an inside sales team in the B2B technical market and can show significant increases in growth due to personal efforts.
  3. Must have excellent communication/written skills along with selling skills.
  4. Must have previously used a CRM Sales module.
  5. Proven ability in the implementation and follow-up of marketing efforts.
  6. Experience in the high-tech industry (i.e. computers, software, networks).
