Full Time 40 hours a week
Pay-$32,000- $35,360 + OT and perks 
Onsite to start with remote work possibility in the future!

About the position-
Our industry leading digital currency exchange client is hiring for their Client Engagement and Support team. You will be part of a team that provides customer support to users and handles most aspects of payments operations. You will also respond to general support, trading, and other questions or requests from clients. This is a great opportunity to work in Tech for .com industry leader!
 
Responsibilities-
  1. You are able to respond to client requests via email and live chat
  2. Often clients write in about issues related to payments, and you will liaise with our partner banks and payment providers to ensure that clients’ deposits and withdrawals are processed quickly
  3. Strong Data Entry
  4. Computer Science, Finance, Customer Service, Online Tech Support backgrounds are great.
  5. Most all communication is web/email based
  6. Must be trainable and eager to add value to the team
  7. Understand difference currencies able to problems solve (Google, Search, Research) using the internet and internal knowledge database to find information
  8. Self-determined, comfortable with autonomy and loose environment but can stay focused and complete work
  9. Ability to type over 40 WPM via our typing test
  10. Love helping people
  11. Electronic Security or privacy-focused
  12. Able to create excel formulas
  13. Ability to pass a criminal background check as a precondition to employment
