Pay: $17-21/hour

Job Description/Duties: 
• Serving as the first point of contact for all visitors; including vendors, clients and candidates
• Ensuring break room and common areas are kept neat, clean, and stocked with appropriate supplies
• Keeping inventory of kitchen and office supplies; place orders as needed
• Processing incoming/outgoing mail; handling shipping out FedEx and UPS and packages (as needed)
• Liaising with building maintenance on facility needs
• Performing standard administrative assistant duties for employees as needed; including running miscellaneous errands
• Executing other duties may be assigned to meet the business needs of the company
• Qualified candidates must be able to lift and/or carry 5-20 lbs or more and the ability to push and pull carts if necessary

Ideal Candidate:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and requests
• 2+ years of related experience in an office environment is preferred
• Must be self-starter; able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Can-do attitude is essential
